Nyakoi Mam Riang Women’s Cooperative
The Borehole installed in August 2013 now serves 800 people and has eradicated typhoid in the village. EFOD North West, a sister Charity, sent 16 young engineers during 2015 to construct a grain store for the Cooperative. Members now able to store their crops safely for up to 6 months so they can sell at the top of the market, and have seeds to sow for the following season. A goat stocking project has been a real success, the breeding programme has produced many more and Cooperative membership has increase to 54.
